How to listen to these seminars and workshops on your iPod or MP3 player:

Getting audio files on to your portable music player is a 2 step process:
First: Download the audio file from our website onto your computer.
Second: Use media software such as iTunes or Windows Media Player to move or sync the audio file with your iPod or MP3 player.

Media software such as iTunes are configured to look in certain folders on your computer for music or audio files to make it easier to find your files. On windows machines, the default folder is called "My Music", sometimes found in "My Documents\My Music"
